No longer offering a hybrid work schedule. Mandatory 4 days in the office. Low vacation time. You only get an increase in PTO once every 5 years. Systems are slow and outdated

Very disappointed in the return to office mandate we received that will start in January. The hybrid schedule was something most employees valued that contributed to our work life balance and that will be significantly reduced and impact working parents the most.
