Pros

WFH one day a week

Cons

Extremely high turnover. Unless you know someone in management you will never thrive. They treat experienced UW's badly, very poor retention which translates to understaffed support members which translates to UW's having to perform clerical/rating tasks. Sadly, it's not the same company and never will be.

Pros

Benefits. Vacation days - 15, based on previous work experience. Sick days - unlimited (but be realistic about it). Work from home possible, but occasionally. Decent cube - just for miself. Bunch of tecnologies you can work on. Mostly friendly environment.

Cons

Apparent disconnect between QA and development due to long lasting negligence of standards on the QA management side. Incomplete error reports, lack of understanding the basic needs, overprotecting testers that keep doing lousy job. A quote: "I am not going to add more details just to make developers happy".
