Pros
For my department flexible on working from home and family events. Good coworkers, management is hit or miss but when they're good they're good.
Cons
Promotion tracks are clear yet takes a long time for qualified individuals to actually get those promotions. 8 months of weekly emails for someone who excelled and did not get promoted for 5 years (not me).
