      Good team collaboration. Middle management cares about your success. They hire internally first for new job postings. Yearly bonuses and raises.

      Cons

      Easy to get stuck. In order to get a promotion, you have to already be doing the work. Lower end of the market as far as compensation is concerned.

      - Having a some great teammates - WFH flexibility

      Cons

      - Having 6 different managers in the span of 3 years, turnover rate is very high. - Taking on much more than expected in a lower level role. Offers low ball salaries and if you take on more work, compensation increase is out of the window. - Opportunities are limited. Tried to obtain certifications and managers wouldn’t allow you to get the necessary materials for AINS or CPCU. - Training program was not insightful. Learned more from being on the desk and trying to figure it out on your own. - Favoritism is repeatedly shown - Trying to maintain a good renewal book while dealing with new business/field rep underwriters that put anything on the books in which you have no control over - There is no culture
