• Before Sitting to the role, a training is provided to new joinee regarding to that job position. • Salary is Paid on the exact date 23rd of each month. • If the salary date is a holiday, the salary is provided the prior working day. • Holy day payment is also provided additionally. • Regular Early Meet, Employee Session, Team meeting is taken place. • Transport facility is provided.

• Roster schedule Updates with the combination of Night Shift Duty. • Huge call pressure due to its inadequate amount of employee. • Call Q issue arises and late receivers get rebuked with slang over the phone by the bank's customers. • Transport facility is provided only after the office time finished once per day during day shift duty. It did not provide pick up facility before office time. Except the pick down only. • Lack of updated technology and Technical issues delays the working interest to the workstation. • Due to lack of technical effectiveness the service goes dummy and customers get fierce.
