Pros

This internship has brushed up my skills and abilities regarding data entry, analysis, and evaluation. My improvement in the area of IT has increased a lot more than before. I have additionally improved my skills in the area of effective communication, time management, problem-solving abilities, decision making attributes, critical thinking abilities, team working, and so on. It has acquainted me with corporate standards, values, morals, beliefs, perceptions, culture, and conduct. I have figured out how to deal with a diversified workplace effectively using emotional intelligence and execution excellence. It enhanced my compassion, thinking power, energy, self-regulation, inspiration, just as my aptitudes. Moreover, I came across new people and learned their ways of working.

Cons

I didn't confront any significant challenges during my internship period as the organization is well organized and the supervisor alongside employees was cooperative and amiable. Since it is a financial organization, there were a few restrictions to gain access to some strategies and financial information. The organization keeps up privacy, so assembling data was a tad bit of constraint. Sometimes I had to wait for a lack of computer arrangements. Other than these, all the employees were so cooperative that I hardly find any difficulties. Whenever I needed help I always found someone there to give me proper assistance.
