      Excellent work environment. Lots of business expansion activity in progress. Partner with American Express and now IFC will subscribe 5% shares.

      Cons

      Old bank with lots of employee over rated out dated. Very expensive but hardly any output. This makes workplace challenging.

      They give you a lot of opportunities to grow. They processes are still in its infancy stage. So a lot of scopes to shine through.

      Cons

      Like all organisations, bureaucracy is severe here. Getting things done is like digging a hole in a concrete road.
