We understand your point regarding using PTO for holidays and have made changes over the years to offer a generous PTO package to support this. We constantly evaluate our benefits package to ensure it remains competitive and addresses employee needs. While including paid holidays isn't in the current plan, we're always open to feedback on how to improve the PTO program.
