      Pros

      My favorite thing about The Clare and my job is the people. The people are friendly, kind, and helpful. There is a culture of teamwork and I love being part of it. Senior living is a rewarding job and it allows me to feel fulfilled in my day to day. I also feel supported and I have a good work life balance. There is parking on site and free lunch. The community is clean and there is a hospitality focus. Residents are generous and kind to staff

      Pros

      The Clare has welcoming co-workers and managers, utilizes a resident centered approach to care, has available resources for continuing education and professional development, clean/ well managed building, and high standards of care related to resident dignity and respect.

      Cons

      Not really a con- but there is a low rate of therapist turnover, so it took a while for a job to open up!
