Pros

Upper management is responsive and works to meet the requests of all staff. They do their best to communicate needed information and take as many opportunities as possible to acknowledge great work and show appreciation for the staff. Free meals are also an amazing perk!

Cons

Working downtown can be difficult. Traffic, festivals, protests, anything that barricades streets makes it hard to get to work.
