      Pros

      There are great benefits and they are flexible with your schedule. If you have kids there it makes life easier if you work there also. It’s easy to take a 10 min break and help volunteer for your child’s class.

      Cons

      It’s a very small office environment and cliques form. There was a lot of gossip and catty remarks. It makes you worry about what is being said about you behind your back.

      Pros

      -I enjoyed working with lots of other talented professionals -The parents and staff I worked with were talented, professional, well connected, and a lot of fund to work with -The mission of the organization is excellent and carried out with fidelity

      Cons

      -The only challenge in working at TCA is the low pay, though if you can afford it, the experience is well worth the satisfaction and quality of life you gain through a career at TCA

      Overall good people work here and the enviroment allows for acceptance and thought. I would recommend to a friend.

      Cons

      There was a limited diversity in age. I was young and I worked in an environment with solely 30+ age ranges.
