Great school for a child who needs a smaller class

Pros
Worked in hopes of bringing big world skills to a small town organization.
Cons
Too many parents having too much control. A lot of talk of change and very little action. They want to compete like a big school, but are very scared to face some original parents. Hopefully the new Pres. Will make appropriate changes. A good starting point would be with salaries.
