Pros
The company is still doing well and generally allows a good work/life balance. The work is mostly interesting with opportunities to change what you are doing. For the most part, the people are good to work with.
Cons
It's probably partly the sign of the times, but Clorox culture is changing. It used to be a fun place to work, but now you don't know if your job will be eliminated or moved across the country (from CA to the Atlanta area). This has added tension and brought down morale at most California sites.
