      Pros

      Excellent work life balance, compensation is good, positive work environment. Not the banker/trader "locker room" culture, most managers are very approachable and respectful.

      Cons

      Success at Coca-Cola is somewhat a function of our performance, but largely a function of your internal connections and other variables. Certain demographics are targeted for success, and with a slow growing company, this means not enough opportunities for all. As with many large, old companies, lots of dead weight in the upper middle and top of management.

      Pros

      Best in class commitment to quality,great place to work as a marketeer, lots of opportunities to try new things, sufficient budget to use on marketing, sensitive to the consumer needs and requests. Easily excited with new and innovative ideas. Great benefits after a certain level of experience. Excellent integrity as an employer and towards the consumer.

      Cons

      risk averse, detail oriented, slow in decision making, minimum involvement in social media, not technologically savvy. Although career opportunities are always posted on the site, people are not always treated equally.
