      Benefits are second to none. If you are looking at a marketing position one of the best places to work.

      For IT related positions one of the worst. They just don't value IT talent.

      The image of working for Coca Cola to anyone on the outside is still WOW Coca Cola! Co-workers are great.

      Cons

      If they (those on the outside) only knew! Coca Cola Enterprises does not care about its employees or its customers. Poor communication, poor management. Cut backs to the point that there is no one left to respond to any concern of its customers or its employees. Vacation time / sick time / personal time may be available on the record, but not ever possible to actually use! Employees are only able to perform reactive duties; always need to put our fires, on a regular basis, every day.
