      It is a very large company that is part of the Coke system and offers many opportunties for future advancement.

      Cons

      There are many politics at play within the orgainization and often you can find that leadership between groups have power conflicts.

      Highly competitive pay World-class reputation Fantastic Headquarter facilities Management is interested in appearing concerned and proactive Very good benefits compared to other companies

      Cons

      Administrative staff is often ignored and under-appreciated. Depending on thge department you work for, you may not get any acknowledgement at all. Employees with poor work ethic don't seem to be weeded out quickly due to concerns of lawsuits. Often employees feel demoralized because of this. A lot of recent layoffs of the lower job grades in order to protect executive pay and bonuses.
