Pros

Money. If you need it, and nobody else is hiring, somebody will be walking out the door at this company. They have permanent job postings on their website for a reason.

Cons

Hours. Depending on your job, you will find yourself with no hours, or more than you can handle. Drivers, say good bye to your family. Merchandisers, until you have some time in at this facility expect to spend a lot of time at home, wondering if you'll be able to pay your bills. Technology. This company has invested heavily in new tech., that is useless. They purchased a fleet of trucks that allow smaller orders to be put in a cart, to reduce time spent at stops, building pallets, and reduce strain on the drivers bodies. Then they implemented a policy of using as few of those carts as possible, if any. A voice picking system in the warehouse that not only cost the company a lot of money to implement, but continues to cost them money due to a decrease in productivity, and a need for additional warehouse employees. Expectations. This company will expect more than you can give them, and then hang you out to dry when they think they have gotten all they can. If you are considering a job that is physically demanding, be warned that they will expect you to push beyond your limits, and will have no sympathy when you injured. I have seen several employees relegated to pushing a broom for minimum wage for weeks while their body healed. Only to rush back to work before the doctor cleared them because they can't pay their bills.

Pros

Great benefis packages if you are allowed to take advantage of the benefits that are offered to you. Also, great employee forums.

Cons

Leadership makes decisions without input from team members who will be implementing strategies. Managers are manipultive and dishonest. Growth opportunities seem to be limited. Lack of respect for personal space within the office.
