Pros

Excellent pay, for even entry-level positions. Great benefits package. Good workout when out in the trade. Strong coke culture makes it a company you're proud to work for.

Cons

Horribly long hours. Grueling, never-ending work load. Very little time off to spend with family and friends. Lack of communication among all level of employees. Hazardous working conditions.

Pros

I have had the opportunity to work in many different facets of this company. The training is good, but I have learned alot from my experiences while working. I started at the bottom and have worked my way up over the years! The opportunities are there, you just have to make it happen!

Cons

They always seem to pay just enough that you can't leave. There is way to much red tape to accomplish even the simplest of tasks. Somebody needs to look up the definition of the word FOCUS .....last time I checked I'm pretty sure it doesn't mean zero in on 47 different tasks at once!

Pros

Can't beat having Coke on your resume, good training and opportunities to learn

Cons

Management driven more by politics and amassing power bases than business concerns, bureaucratic, laborious approval processes. Women, in particular, have a difficult time moving up management ranks. They tend to hire a slew of young MBA men and women, provide the better men best opportunities and lots of promotions. Most smarter women tend to eventually drift to other organizations. Then they hire a new slew of junior ones,so, there's always a crowd of women at the lower - middle management levels. The few women that do get higher management roles are in support roles (HR, Legal) or non-financial control positons. It's just a "good old boy" promotion system.
