Pros

it's a good company that has been around for a long time. Most of the jobs in the company are safe during economic hard times. You don't have somebody looking over your shoulder all day. You basically just go to work and take care of your customers. You really only see management in the mornings and when you get back in from your day.

Cons

Large company. Not great salarys or opportunities for advancement in such a large company. Upper management is constantly changing our directives. I wouldn't work there if your goal is to advance quickly. If you would like to become a manager you pretty much have to start as a manager trainee. It is pretty much not going to happen for a very long time, if at all, if you are a regular employee.

Pros

Working for the world's most recognized global brand. Pride taken in our brand. Many of the co-workers that i work with are very genuine and hard working individuals. My managers are also good people. I like the innovation of our brands and the fast pace speed of the business. You are able to develop solid relationships with customers.

Cons

Large company. Not great salarys or opportunities for advancement in such a large company. Upper management is constantly changing our directives.

Pros

Benefits, company vehicle, 2 week vacation right out of the box and competetive salary. Nuff said.

Cons

A multitude of simultaneous/cross-linked campaigns and ever shifting priorities-of-the-week will make you dizzy. I'm a little surprised that there is still as much hard copy paperwork required to effect product and equipment changes.
