Pros

The benefits are OK... could be better. The Coca Cola culture is strong and the company makes you feel like part of the coca cola family.

Cons

The salary is low in comparison to other companies. Basically you work twice as hard with half the pay. In comparision to other companies of the same size and ranking, CCE lacks the same compensation package. While the benefits are OK, the tuition re imbursement could be better. The company is taking a new direction in its approach for staff development and training; however it still lacks the most important fundamental in the equation and that is if you pay people better, they will work harder.

Pros

They offer great benefits and a stable JOB. Potential for growth, but there is definitely some "kissing up" to be done.

Cons

Management doesn't share information with employees. Information that is accessible but kept from newer employees. Losts of expectations put upon you that don't make it easy to build trust with your customers. i.e. overstocking new products

Pros

CCE has great benefits for medical, dental, and vision. Also the retirement package is exceptable for this day and time for instance 401k with company match (25cents on the $1 for the first 7%) and they have a pension after 5 years service. Vacations are also a good benefit for the first five years 2 weeks, then after five years 3 weeks, last after ten years 4 weeks. Another benefit is being able to transfer anywhere that CCE operates. There are sale centers in several states so you can move if needed. That also creates opportunity for advancement if you dont mind moving.

Cons

I believe the company is poorly run because the company has layoffs almost every four years (give or take a year or two). The hours are long and parts of the job seem as if it contradicts itself. Sell Sell Sell but you must not have product expire. Managers that recieve promotion forget what it took for them to do the job. Its easy to tell someone how to do something. Its harder to show them how.
