      Pros

      By and large the people who work for CCE are really wonderful. There is always a lot of effort and people really do want to do the right thing. The products we support are world class and I have found that if you do a great job, you are recognized for it.

      Cons

      Communication between centralized departments and the field offices is very very poor. This is also true between the sales side of the house and the operations side of the house. Often the right hand doesn not know (or care) what the left is doing.

      Pros

      Coca-Cola values its employees. Everyone works hard, but hard work is appreciated and recognized. The company has wonderful brands and is supportive of everyone living positively.

      Cons

      Coca-Cola is not a place for people who do not want to work hard or long hours. There are period of time that warrant OT.

      The company provides good benefits, ok salary; working with hard working people dedicated to the trademark; experience looks good on resume

      Cons

      lack of focus; the only stable thing is ever changing priorities; engagement of hourly employees is pretty low hence huge dissatisfaction with mid and upper management among floor workers; management staff is involved with myriad of projects concurrently, most flavors of the month, nothing is done to completion; turn over rate is one of the highest among similar size corporations
