Marketing capability and innovation capability is poor. There is no standard growing system. I mean the promotion. It's very easy to get promotion in some of the depts, but very difficult in others. It makes people feel unfair. No real innovation because Coca Cola is an established brand and rare has innovation on product.

You are only a number and will never advance unless you know someone. The turnover rate was far too high and when the job market was bad upper managment took credit for the reduction in turnover when in reality there were no other jobs for employees to go to.
