      Pros

      Challenging and gives you confidence that you can tackle anything...this is due to the lack of training and timeline for completing tasks.

      Cons

      New employees get little training before they hit the ground running ( which is a challenge) but once you know it, there isn't much analytical work, just high level review, and alot of phone calls to the plants... lots of last minute tasks- example, email comes at 9pm at night and result is due at noon next day..or I need it yesterday deadlines!!! No concern for work/life balance, work many weekends and holidays

      Great Brand Name, Good 401k

      Cons

      DSM Salary is too low, compeition pays their DSM's at least 10-15k more and they aren't as micromanaged. CCNA is trying to drop CCR like a hot potato as they have been showcasing the company on trade visits to investors from the Middle East & China. Bad when an American company like CCR is trying to sell their company internationally where they could possibly clean house. Bad enough that rumors are that everyone in management will have to reapply for their jobs next year and if your'e lucky to keep your job they will move you to a different department or sales center. Even though CCE had its faults, This company was run better and focused more on customer value when it was CCE.

      -Management that takes interest in professional development -Excellent resume builder, Fortune 500 company -World-wide brand recognition -Accessible leadership -Career growth opportunities -Good benefits, strong salary

      Cons

      -Very high stress situations and high pressure to meet goals -Days start at 7:30 AM and end around 5:30 routinely -Selling a product that everyone knows is both easier and more difficult
