Pros

Beyond saying you worked for the Coca-Cola Company, there are none. Getting this company on your resume will provide other opportunities outside the company. Maximize your time at the company and leverage the remaining resources.

Cons

Since the integration, when CCE merged with The Coca-Cola Company, everything has eroded: salaries, benefits, training and development, and upward mobility. Anything that did, can, and could create happiness is cut to save money including jobs. The current environment includes: - Restructuring every 2 to 3 years with management looking for short-term ways to save money at the expense of employees - No work life balance - Constant turnover and hiring freezes leaving remaining team to shoulder workload - Annual merit increases in 2 to 3% range or less for new hirers - U.S. lack of full bonus payout - Difficulty getting basic equipment - No cross functional opportunities This isn't the Open Happiness Factory.

Pros

Reliable paycheck every two weeks...for now. Helpful, fun peers to work with.

Cons

Taken away almost all perks, from cars to decent discounts on product, all while demanding more and more and more. Plan on working 65+ hrs weekly and being on call on the weekend. Management constantly asking for more and more while giving less and less. Worst management ever. If you don't drink the koolaid there is no chance for promotion. Pay is very substandard for the job demands. Bonuses? Don't fall for that. They'll withhold your bonus and won't even tell you why. Heck, they won't even tell you what goals you need to meet in order to get your bonus, and then retroactively tell you what the goals were and why you're not getting paid what you were promised. Biggest shell game ever. District Managers have it even worse.

Pros

If you are a minority or female, you will get very far with this company. Wish I could think of more Pros

Cons

Poor Leadership that is out of touch with what the sales environment is like or what they face daily.. Slogan should be "Putting People last, not first" Never have the tools to be successful. Company only cares about image. Work 12 hours per day, 7 days per work is the norm and it's expected of you with no rewards or extra pay. Company is losing good people or letting them go by the 100's and doesn't care.
