They give ample opportunity for advancement to early 20-something's seeking management experience. Culture is strong. Ample community in the number of co-workers from all the properties.

Cons

Pay is well below normal for the industry. Politics can be, well... political. After reaching PM status, it's time to move on as Regional status pays nothing close to the industry.

Fair pay, great 401k match. Free uniforms.

Cons

Everything else. Company is run by two VP’s and one is incredibly arrogant and the other one has never worked on-site before so doesn’t know anything about property management. This company has great “values” and practices 0 of them. Replace your VP’s and you’ll see improvement from the top down, they’re ruining this company.
