Pros

Great commission, good coworkers, flexible schedules. Overall a place that is enjoyable and honest.

Cons

High turnover, pressure to get leases, employees rarely feel valued for their hard work. Management is clearly stressed and that stress trickles down to employees at all levels.

Pros

-They want to see you move up in the company -They want you to have a happy home life as well as work life -They have unreal benefits -They care; Access to "higher ups" is open and available to whoever needs it -They want to see you be the best person you can be; If you are in the wrong position, they are wiling to move you to see if you'd thrive better in a different role. If you are performing badly, they try to change your situation to see if it is just a bad situation and not necessarily a bad employee. -They notice employees who work alot and offer time off and breaks so they don't burn out

Cons

-Pay starts low, however make alot of incentives to make bonuses -When they say CUSTOMER SERVICE MATTERS, it matters; Sometimes your decision gets dismissed in an effort to please a customer.

Pros

-Sales experience for college aged students -Flexible word schedule -By no means a terrible job for a college student

Cons

-Commission is terrible. Maximum of $25 for a lease that brings upwards of $5000 to the company, and that's only if the lease is signed on the same day as a tour. -Mindless tasks outside of your job description simply to help management look more favorable in the eyes of their superiors.
