Pros

This is truly a supportive and empowering work environment. Leadership encourages employees to be their best selves and genuinely listens to feedback. They’re responsive—either making proactive changes or clearly explaining why certain processes are in place. Even during periods of growth, there’s a thoughtful effort to make onboarding both comprehensive and welcoming. I couldn’t have asked for a better place to work, learn, and grow professionally.

Cons

At this time, I haven’t experienced any notable cons—leadership is responsive, and challenges are approached with solutions in mind.

Pros

Quick response to feedback and implements most of the changes requested, inclusive, offers raises often and without request from employee, fun, collaborative, you leave at the end of the day feeling tired but good that you helped others.

Cons

Sometimes the requests are silly and I wish the company would focus their time on the changes that really make a difference.
