Pros

You need to have grit, be open to feedback and deliver results. TCG gives Direct feedback is sales driven, I feel supported by my trainer as well as my SMT. I am given the tools to be successful. I am so grateful for this opportunity and cannot wait to see myself and teams accomplishments in 2026. I have learned a lot about myself both professionally and personally.

Cons

I do not personally find this to be a con however, I think it’s important to notate. If you are sensitive and If you have the tendency to take things personal don’t. Remember, it’s a business. It is a performance based, there is constant feedback and coaching’s to improve performance.
