-some good people -work life balance

Cons

-no true feedback given to trainees until too late -training program non-existent -they have you train with associates who are "sales managers" but don't come to work or "do the right thing" and then have them write reviews you won't ever see until there is a problem -management is lazy and don't care

there are absolutely none... they take advantage of their residents... make them pay fake fees and don't take care of maintenance issues if it is going to cost them money... everyone is dispensible to them it's all about the $$$ no on that works for this company has any morals or values, their core values do not match how the company actually operates... they pay their employees to write good reviews on here and pay their residents to write good reviews on google

just see above... everything about this company is terrible, I don't know how upper management can look at themselves in the mirror when they go home... learn how to treat people

Basically everything. Management has 0 clue on what it takes to run a property. They micro manage , over work, their maintenance staff, and if you refuse to do someone else's job after doing it for a week they fire you. Their budget is a joke, a 450 dollar Budget? Really ? These properties are far from brand new and require contractor help at times. Lastly, if your not in their clique, or if they don't like you, your gone . I hit fired buy someone that doesn't even work at the proper I worked at, she was just filling in, and said " he just has an attuide" and I don't do anything although I had no pending or outstanding work orders. The office constantly contradicts themselves and change rules to make them look good, it's quite taxing.
