      A Great Company Culture

      Pros

      My experience at The Connor Group has been nothing but a positive one. With hard work comes recognition and reward. We even have biannual awards breakfasts to acknowledge associate achievements! Our teams in the central office and out in the field are driven individuals who strive for excellence.

      Cons

      If you don't have a strong work ethic, this may not be the place for you.

      Decent pay. GREAT insurance benefits!

      Cons

      Company showers you in expensive gifts to make it harder to notice when they crap on you. Property managers show favoritism to whoever they are screwing that week. Maintenance is treated like crap as well as office staff. Property managers treat entire team like they are worthless minions. Micromanagement is a horrible problem and management is incredibly rude.

      Great coworkers and team work environment. Everyone supported each other. That was because we had no choice since we were owned by a not so nice person.

      Cons

      Stay away, very far away! This company cares nothing about it's employees or its tenants. They care nothing more than cutting the budget and just barely passing inspections. They care nothing about tenant safety at all and cut corners at every chance. If you see a positive review on this Website that is because senior management offered bonuses or gift cards to those that wrote a positive review. All communities owned by The Connor Group are at risk due to lack of real management!
