Pros

Paid medical benefits Your team within the property That's really all I can think of, the work is pretty easy if you're organized

Cons

50+ hour plus work weeks Looooong days NO HR DEPARTMENT- that's a HUGE red flag! "Now hiring" always posted on job boards due to high turn over The company will tell interviewers that they are "growing" within the area, but this is just to create bench for when they suddenly terminate a current employee. You're always on the chopping block Very methodical point system of reviews that keeps the employees revolving in and out due to minor slumps in performance

Pros

Taught me a lot about myself and what I was and wasn't willing to do for a check.

Cons

Just about everything. This was a job I wish I never took. It is normal for a job to give performance reviews, but they were almost every day. I was told by a manager one day that if I didn't get enough google reviews I had to clean toilets. The prices make zero sense. I felt like a bad person roping people into applying (which meant signing a lease that is virtually unable to be broken same day), and shamed if I couldn't get people to make such a big decision so quickly. Objectively speaking to my own experience I felt wrong doing the job. If you want to make a quick check its the job for you, but there is a price. Seeing people upset, and ignored is what you face. Maybe you can sell here but I couldn't because it felt wrong. I would seriously tell anyone to not work here. ----- Also you are expected to work 9- basically anytime they need you to stay. Higher ups say no overtime but boy oh boy is there a lot and you may be judged by others for signing off when you're meant to be off the clock. Wouldn't trust most the reviews on here, you will get a call one day to review the company on here or another job rating site :) Happy job hunting!

Thank you for the review and feedback. We do not tolerate unethical behavior nor do we tolerate people that lie or cheat. I am a bit confused over your posting as it says you are currently employed and then makes it sound like you have been terminated? We also have not been in our Nashville market over 5 years and we do not have any PCMs that have been with us that long in the market. Please call me to discuss your concerns confidentially at 937-434-3095.
