Pros

Best benefits I have ever had with any company.

Cons

The company reached out to me and and offered this grandiose idea of what switching to the Connor Group would do for me and my family. At that point in time I was ready for a change and wanted to take on the new challenge of learning something new. You start of in bootcamp and see all of the bells and whistles that CSO has to offer. The company pays for flights, hotels and food for training and truly makes you feel important and gains buy in this way. Then you go to a property and in some cases have a trainer and in other cases are thrown into a fire. Asked to do the job and learn as you go. Given little to no support and held accountable to a standard that is impossible. They ask for you to run a property that is out dated and treated like trash by everyone that worked there previously only to tell you no to anything that would help fix the problem. They say if you think the property is different then you are the problem. Your leader is never available and won’t answer your phone calls or texts and then wants to know why you don’t ask for help. I have never had a worse boss with any other company. If you are apart of the click you are in. If not you are out of there faster then you joined the company. Beware before you join this company. It appears great from the outside but they are also soliciting your reviews just like they instruct us to do in the properties for Googles.

Pros

Great benefits for all employees!

Cons

Toxic environment with cult like mentality. Don’t let them fool you. Telling you that you are in the 1% is how they make you feel like you owe them your life. Work/life balance..None! Be prepared to work properties that are below standard but advertised as luxury. Upgrades done without permits and as cheaply as possible. If you can figure out how to extend the life of a dead water heater you will be king! You will also be doing something illegal. Partnership is a joke. Most partners quit after they get promoted. Most Make it 2 years max. Good luck if you choose to try anyway. You have been warned. :)

The Connor Group Response
3y
There is no good way to respond to this except to say you are obviously bitter and upset for some reason and wrote a review full of lies and maybe one or 2 half truths at best. We have partners that have been partners for over 16 years and our average partnership tenue for all partners is at 5 years and included in the partnership average are 31 partners that have been added in the past 2.5 years because of our amazing success and growth, bringing down the overall average. There is nothing more to really be said other than I wish you the best and hope you can move on quickly.

Pros

The Pros only apply if you actually choose to work here for longer than 2 months.

Cons

Disgusting property management, the “culture” is just a way for management to control and manipulate the employees. No work/life balance whatsoever. Unrealistic goals, selling horribly maintained properties. If you see this review, please take it seriously. There are many more just like it.
