Pros

Good benefits, Training starts on day one, and you have a team behind you motivating you and expecting a lot from you. I like the opportunity to make extra incentive on top of my monthly bonuses.

Cons

You have to work 3-4 Saturdays every month.

Thanks for sharing your experience! It’s great to hear you’re feeling supported and motivated from day one. We know weekends can be a big ask, especially in a role that demands consistency and energy. Your commitment doesn’t go unnoticed.

Pros

Guaranteed hours (full time) Solid hourly pay Great bonus potential Good benefits Recognition for a job well done Great if you’re a focused, detailed, very hard worker

Cons

Sometimes somewhat unrealistic goals, or very difficult to achieve Training for sales is almost all hands-on, so you have to learn as you go and bring a lot of your own ability to the table (which, it’s important to bring sales ability to the table, but sometimes you just have to figure it out by yourself). I have always wished there was more formal training for sales. The customer service side is tough sometimes. It’s most helpful if you have an extremely strong customer service background, are willing to go the extra mile to find the root of the problem, and are solution-oriented.

Thanks for the review! It’s clear you bring a high level of focus and work ethic to your role, and we appreciate it. We hear you on training and communication. Your point about being more proactive in preparing and training before major shifts is a good one, and something we’re working to improve. Thanks for the impact you make.

Pros

It is one of the most challenging and rewarding environments I’ve been part of. This is a performance-driven company where expectations are clear, accountability is real, and results are rewarded. Leadership is heavily invested in developing people through ongoing training, coaching, and exposure to top-tier mentors. The culture is competitive, fast-paced, and centered around excellence. You’re surrounded by driven, high-caliber associates who push you to improve every day. Advancement is based on performance, not tenure. The opportunity for long-term growth and partnership is very real for those who consistently deliver results, lives the core values, and acts like an owner.

Cons

The bar is high, and the pace is demanding. This is not an organization for someone looking for a relaxed or low-accountability environment. You have to be willing to be coached, work hard, and continuously improve.
