      Immoral company with high turnover rate

      Paid training, bonuses if hit sales goals

      Cons

      Company is dishonest with potential lessors Have to deal with high number of complaints from angry renters Very high pressure job, upper management verbal harassment for not hitting sales numbers Very high turnover, many employees including sales and maintenance staff were miserable and looking for other jobs

      I can't believe this company made the top 50,

      Pros

      Working with residents, making their homes as welcoming as possible (within Connor Group limits which did not allow for much)

      Cons

      Do your research before taking a job with this company look up what they do to their residents, (or don't do) The leadership fills these opinion surveys out to pad the public opinion of them. They are unethical in so many ways. Thus very very high turnover.

      Used to be name recognition before everyone I talked to asked why I still work for such a shady company.

      Cons

      Irresponsible and spineless management that puts residents and team members at risk while severely impacting their quality of life. Absolute miserable place to work.
