Pros

Elite colleagues. There is actual accountability. Fair compensation. People who are excited to work across domains. Always something interesting underway. Action-oriented.

Cons

Only two 401(k) investment options. This is simply odd for a company that literally makes its money by investing. Sometimes when you set impossible goals, you don't achieve them, and that can be hard for high-achieving people to deal with. There can be excuses, blame-shifting, lack of introspection, and intellectual dishonesty. As one might expect, Larry Connor has broad influence, which has worked out very well so far! Today, he still has incredible stamina and intellectual horsepower. But life advances for us all, and Larry won't be around forever. What is the plan?

Thanks for sharing your feedback! You’ve highlighted both the strengths and complexities of operating in a high-accountability, high-performance environment. You're right that achieving impossible goals comes with challenges. We recognize that doing so can create pressure, especially for driven people. At our best, we use those moments as opportunities to learn, reflect, and grow stronger as a team. We appreciate your perspective and your continued contributions.

Pros

A typical day includes a mix of independent work and regular collaboration with the team, which keeps things productive and engaging. I’ve learned a lot here, not just professionally, but also personally through improved productivity, accountability, and time management. Management is one of the biggest highlights. My managers are incredible-approachable, supportive, and genuinely invested in my success. They give clear guidance on how to improve while also recognizing what I’m doing well, which creates a great balance. The workplace culture is unlike anything I’ve experienced. It’s dog-friendly (which always brightens my day), encouraging, and truly built on helping each other succeed. It’s very much a work-hard, play-hard environment with friendly competitions and plenty of fun moments as a team. Being surrounded by a team that pushes you, supports you, and celebrates your wins.

Cons

The hardest part of the job is the fast pace and high expectations, but you’re given all the tools and hands-on training to be successful. The most enjoyable part is the people.

Your perspective on our culture, from the fast-paced energy to the camaraderie (and the dogs!), really captures what makes our environment unique. We’re glad you’re part of the team.
