- Selective in Hiring Process - Work with talented individuals - Recognition Programs - Positive Culture - Opportunity to become partner!! This one I find so exciting. I just watched my training manager get promoted to partner in August and it was amazing!

Cons

- None Advice: Anyone applying to The Connor Group if you do not like sales you will not like it. Personally I love it, but it's not for everyone.

There are none that I can think of.

Cons

-Training is terrible, disorganized -Culture is lacking/nonexistent -Turnover is so high literally the best performer has zero job security -expectations/goals are unclear and used against you -catty/backstabbing/cliquey/manipulative environment -pay residents to write google reviews to make the complex look better meanwhile its complete garbage -expect sales people to clean apartments/grounds/everything and hit sales numbers -sales process is a joke. So pushy and in your face and fake.

We do regularly ask both associates and customers to provide honest feedback about their experience, whether it be positive or negative. Working with elite people that are relentless on improving constantly, makes The Connor Group amazing! The culture is great with high accountability for all and a high reward and recognition program. We constantly improve today what we built yesterday! I've been pushed harder the last 2 years than ever before and I've accomplished more in the last 2 years than I accomplished in the last decade at my previous employer! The culture pushes you to always be your best and keep expecting more!

Cons

We always provide honest and direct feedback. You will always know what you are doing great and what you need to work on. This is not a con for me, but this can be a con for those that do not like direct feedback so they can always get better.
