Cons

Individual Accountability needs to be 100%. Constantly must be Self Aware of Strengths and Weakness’s as those in leadership roles will always look at each scenario as a whole. Not necessarily a “Con” just something to make everyone aware that have high standards for yourself.

Pros

You get to work with hardworking individuals who are all passionate about what they do and really care about doing well at their job every day. The company benefits and rewards are the best I have found

Cons

I wouldn't say it is a con for me, but the company expects a lot of you and for you to be on your "a" game at all times. You put a lot in and that is not always for everyone. I will say the company does give back to it's employees a lot for the time they put in.

The Connor Group is an amazing culture to be apart of. They always take care of there employees and lay out clear expectations. You never have any surprises of where you stand. you get a lot of benefits with the company and you get back what you put in.

Cons

once a month you do a 6 day work week and its hard to get caught up.
