      Pros

      I love all my co-workers! They made me feel at home everyday when I first started. They are always there to lend a helping hand and coach when needed. We work as a team and genuinely care about each other and want to help others out. I could not ask for a better company and group of people to work with.

      Cons

      Honestly in a perfect world I would prefer to not work Saturdays but I understand why we need to be open and I am willing to do my part and work them as well.

      They are all about the culture! Everyone is so welcoming and encouraging. They really take care of their employees! Great people, great benefits.

      Cons

      You definitely work hard for your awesome rewards. If you like to push yourself this is a great place for you.

      Pros

      The Connor Group is a great company to work for. Some of the reasons being they all care about their employees as well as the growth of the company. There are rewards for those who work hard, and if you fall short you will be held accountable. Accountability is crucial. If you are looking for not just a "job" but a career. The Connor group may be right for you. However, if you don't plan to work hard, be held accountable and are not goal oriented this company may not be for you. The benefits are also a great pro to working for TCG.

      Cons

      It's hard to think of really any cons. Everyone is different. I knew what I signed up for when getting hired on. The weekend/long hours aren't exactly ideal for some people, I make it work. It's definitely difficult when you have kids but in the end it's worth it!
