Pros

You're at least guaranteed an hourly rate.

Cons

Toxic clique work environment. Unrealistic sales goals. They only care about money and NOT their employees. Larry Connor still visited properties DESPITE the pandemic and packed our small office with 20+ employees to tell us he cared about our safety during the pandemic. (WHAT?!) They lie to residents and withhold information from perspective residents for their own gain to reach their sales goals. All their "deals" they advertise are lies, you don't save money on monthly rent. They offer exactly what the market is and nothing less. If you like harassing people to get leases, then you'll love it here!!!!

We do not, nor have we ever promised bonuses as they are earned based on performance and not given. Our average sales associate earns an additional $9,000 annually on bonuses. Obviously, that means some earn more and some less based on performance and you can see they are very realistic and obtainable. As regards to the pandemic, we are well aware there is a pandemic going on and take the matter extremely seriously. The safety of our residents and our associates is our top priority. We’ve taken every precaution recommended by the CDC. Unlike most companies that have been forced to lay off workers or furlough employees, we’ve gone above and beyond to help our associates and others in our community. . For example, we provided our associates hundreds of thousands of dollars in childcare assistance, paid time off for testing/quarantine when necessary and even expanded our associate loan program. We’ve also given away more than $1.5 million in small business loans to help other businesses, with a specific focus on minority and women-owned businesses throughout these difficult times. Our owner and managing partner was named Dayton’s philanthropist of the year. We certainly appreciate your feedback – but we wanted to make sure to shed some light on the facts.
