Great schedule working 9-6 most days with every Sunday off.

Cons

Extremely high pressure sales. Always felt like I was on the edge going to have a mental breakdown if I didn’t meet the goals set aside. Didn’t see a lot of room for growth unless you were a favorite

- Rewards and recognition for hard work. This company truly cares about their people. - Hands on training and development for self starters. If you want to learn and be with the company long term you have all of the resources to do just that! - The culture and core values of this company are unlike any that I have ever seen before!!!! Amazing. - competitive nature that always keeps you pressing for what is next to come.

Cons

- long hours and lots of tough work. No issue if you are ALL IN and dedicated to your job and love what you do. - high stress environment! The connor group is not for the weak. Come to play!!!
