This is an exceptional environment to enhance your skills and business acumen. Fantastic leadership does exist here. The Connor Group is a league of its own. That being said, there is exponential room for growth. This place is what you make it.

Cons

This place runs on full throttle. If you are not ready to work, pivot, and commit, it will not be for you.
