      Knowledge of the business is second to none, making money is the only concern

      Cons

      They do not care about residents or employees at all... Money is the ONLY object at this employer. Do not be taken in by the sales pitch. They love you and leave you after they use you up.

      Pros

      The only pro is that when and IF you ever hit your rediculously unattainable goals, you bonus big time. Other than that, I hated it.

      Cons

      Everything is a con. Not only are you taught to lie and cheat to succeed, but they try and brainwash you. It is an unethical, unmoral company. They create unattainable goals, and then you live in fear of your job.
