Pros

Good business plan, solid performing company. Better than average properties, clean and well maintained apartments.

Cons

Master of all things mentality, inability to out source based on ethic. Parts inventory insufficient to keep up with demand. Needed HVAC parts, garage door openers, interior trim were simply not on hand for repairs. Which leads to long open repair tickets and unhappy residents.

Decent pay IF you are new to the industry - but comparable if you have experience.

Cons

As the PCM you will work more than one weekend per month (as you are told in your interview). Bonuses are quarterly (and capped despite your results or achievements) AND your direct reports bonus monthly.

Everyone in the offices other complexes are nice people.

Cons

They fire everyone! What they don't tell you in the 3 interviews you have or training is that if you don't make your goals you get fired without warning. And making goals aren't as easy when the properties have rats, mold, roaches. Plus they only believe in free marketing ie Craigslist that's it! So some days no one would come in but you are expected to make goals. They paint you a dream but it is all lies they don't care about anything but money. Property managers have been beat and had guns pulled on them and all they do is plug in the next person without saying anything to the new person or anyone else!! They even pay residents to post good reviews on apartment ratings!
