Rewards hard work and striving for excellence. Constantly looking to praise and reward high performing individuals. Also looking to coach and build up employees that may not be hitting their individual goals.

Cons

Steep learning curve to get acclimated into the culture and the role. To be expected though, as most people are coming into the Connor Group from other industries.
