When you are an over achiever it’s hard to leave at the end of the day with tasks not completed. The hard days are hard.

Work place full of high achievers. I am constantly learning and developing and have become a significantly better leader in my time at The Connor Group. Incredible culture with incredible teammates who are honest and hardworking. At The Connor Group you never feel like the only person who cares about the project or like you are carrying your team, your team is always working right alongside you.

Cons

You must be work orientated to work here. The hours are long and the pressure can be high because everyone is taking ownership and accountability. You will not be micromanaged so you must be able to manage yourself.
