Pros
3.5 years ago my journey with The Connor Group began. I vividly remember on my first day being told by someone that this isn't a career it's a lifestyle, I thought they were crazy to be honest. About 1 month in I quickly realized this really isn't a career this was a lifestyle and I had jumped in with both feet and had started one of the best journeys. Throughout my time at The Connor Group I saw many people come and go, but the one thing that stood out to me were the people that stayed embraced the culture, worked harder than anyone I had ever met, took pride in their work and genuinely embraced the "lifestyle". I will be the first to tell you, The Connor Group is not for everyone. Work hard Be willing to make mistakes, own up to them and grow from them Embrace the culture of the company it is what makes it such an amazing place to work Lean on your upper management they are tough on you but it makes you a better person Work life balance means something different to everyone, you work a lot but you don't have to miss out on the important things in your life ...they still let you have fun despite what some of the reviews you may read Turnover is everywhere, some places more than others...guess what it is here too. I was told before I started not to work here due to the turnover. Guess what? If you work hard, do your job, embrace the culture and follow the processes your trained on you will make it and you will thrive. Best part is you may even get some gifts along the way :) Today I walked out of the building with such a bittersweet feeling. I am leaving to be a stay at home mom, but I feel like I left a part of me in that building. Working for The Connor Group was one of the best decisions I ever made.
