Good Opportunity-Do Your Time then Get Out

If you are looking to get out of a dead end retail job and get "professional" experience in sales, this is an excellent opportunity. I had come from cell phone sales, so I was already used to having to use aggressive sales tactics and meet ridiculous quotas, but this was next level. If you can make it here, you can make it in any sales job. I'm thankful for my time at the Connor Group since it gave me a great foundation of sales experience and training that I could go on and now earn a 6 figure salary in sales. The girls I worked with on my property were great people and we are still friends and keep in touch to this day. Also, I got 2 of my favorite designer handbags from their Rewards & Recognition program.

Cons

Do I think they have shady business practices? Absolutely. Was I over-worked, stressed out, and had multiple panic attacks during my time here? Also yes. But if you can survive here over a year, ANYTHING you do after this will seem easy.

Disorganized, only in it for a flip, do not care about their residents or employees.

-on going developmental plans. -decisions at each property that challenge owner mindset and offer opportunities for partnership -no room for complacency -benefits are top notch -runway of self development is uncapped

Cons

-workload is not for the faint of heart, it takes commitment and grit.
