Pros

-pay -residents depending on the property -everyday is different

Cons

-you will be expected to work overtime for free, even when you’re not salaried and it’s just “part of the culture” -be prepared to work through your lunch as well -high burnout due to lack of training and poor direct management -very toxic environment, you won’t feel appreciated here.

Thank you for your feedback and more than a year of service. As I am sure you are aware, we strive to minimize overtime costs where possible, but we absolutely pay overtime when associates work more than their 40 scheduled hours. If you experience was not aligned with our overtime policies, please reach out to me at 937-434-3095 (ask for Chris Jemo) to discuss this so we can investigate and correct any missing hours.

Pros

Highly motivated & driven coworkers, great benefits package, Reward & Recognition program, culture of excellence.

Cons

Hard to balance work/family life at times, will work more than 40 hours a week & some weekend days, if you aren't able to handle fast moving pace or direct & honest feedback this may not be the place for you.
