Pros

I've cultivated many lasting relationships with many others throughout the company that genuinely care to physically see the skillsets and growth I can attain not only in work, but in my life as well.

Cons

I am incredibly thankful to be surrounded by such hardworking and tenured leaders, who go out of their way to ensure my growth, along with seeking any struggles or concerns I feel like I may be having.

Pros

You learn that grit, relentless determination, mindset, and individual accountability will truly make you a successful individual.

Cons

You will work 60+ hour weeks on average and because everyone hired are elite performers, it creates a vicious atmosphere where it's more common to step on someone's face to get ahead than to help the person beside you and build them up.

We appreciate you recognizing the value of grit, determination, and accountability—qualities that drive success at The Connor Group. While we set high expectations, our culture is built on teamwork and developing top performers, not competition at the expense of others. Many of our most successful associates attribute their growth to the support and mentorship they’ve received along the way. Thank you for your feedback.
