Great place to work if you are self motivated and always striving for more. This company will teach you the systems and give you the tools to succeed month after month. You must be willing to think like an owner and lead from the front. Your hard work can earn amazing rewards!

Cons

Schedules will fluctuate based on the needs of the business. This is not a standard 8-5 job. Your work life balance will directly reflect your ability to plan, drive and execute company systems. You cannot be complacent being mediocre in this environment.
